Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. R. A. Shah, the Non Executive Independent Director of the Company has relinquished directorship of the Company with effect from September 30, 2014, in view of the imminent regulatory changes.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, Ms. Tasneem Zakaria Mehta a leading Art and Culture icon in the city of Mumbai has joined the Company's Board as additional Non-Executive and Independent Director w.e.f. September 30, 2014 by circular resolution. Ms. Tasneem Mehta will bring a new diversity to the Company's Board and each of the Company's Board members represents a specialized field of Economic, Social and Cultural activity.
