Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 8,500 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each on December 16, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,502,015/- (110,500,403 equity share of Rs.5/- each) to Rs.552,544,515/- (110,508,903 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).
