Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2014, inter alia, for following matters:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial results (consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider and recommend Interim Dividend, if any.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Companys code for prevention of insider trading, the Trading window is closed from October 21, 2014 to November 04, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open after 24 hours from the financial results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
