WPIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ Rs. 2 Per Shares on 97,67,080 Equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2016 absorbing a sum of Rs. 1,95,34,160/- plus dividend distribution tax as applicable, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
