| Yash Management and Satellite Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(3)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 22, 2014 as the cut-off date to offer e-voting facility to its Members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. The voting rights for e-voting shall be reckoned on the paid-up value of Shares registered in the name of Members on the cut-off date i.e. August 22, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company would be availing e-Voting Services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).<br/><br/>The Company shall be, accordingly, sending the communication for e-voting to those members, whose names appear on the Companys Register of Members on August 22, 2014. | |
