To take on record the Limited Review Report given by the given by the Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To appoint M/s. Kaushik Nahar, Praticising company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor for the year 2015-2016.
