With reference to the news item appearing in the newspaper dated November 10, 2014 regarding "Lycos Internet mulls buyouts in China, US", Ybrant Digital Ltd has Clarified to BSE that the Company's subsidiary Ybrant Digital Cayman Limited will be consolidated. All businesses in the Digital Advertising Division and the Lycos Media Division, excluding the software services business will be consolidated under this subsidiary, which will be owned by Lycos Internet Limited.
