Ybrant Digital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2014, has decided to seek the approval of members of the Company by way of special resolutions, to borrow money pursuant to Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and to create charge/mortgage/hypothecation on the assets of the Company pursuant to Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 through Postal Ballot.
