Ybrant Digital Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of "Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" adopted by the Company, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall stands closed from October 21, 2014 to October 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) as the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 28, 2014 for considering inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 which is price sensitive in nature.
