Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 186,015 (One Lakh Eighty Six Thousand and Fifteen) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 10, 2017 under the JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 422,97,80,880/- consisting of 42,29,78,088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 423,16,41,030/- consisting of 42,31,64,103 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
