Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of YES BANK Limited and has been relieved from the services with effect from the closing hours of January 23, 2013. Mr. Binoj Davies, Asst Vice President - Company Secretary Department has been designated as the Compliance Officer till the new incumbent Company Secretary joins the Bank.
