Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 01, 2016 to June 07, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 07, 2016. Dividend for FY 2015-16, if any, declared by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the Members of the Bank during June 08, 2016 to June 14, 2016.
