Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,77,750 (One Lac Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on December 23, 2015 under the JESOPII, JESOP IV, JESOP V and PESOP II - 2010 Plans.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,32,14,450 consisting of 41,93,21,445 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,49,91,950 consisting of 41,94,99,195 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
