Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 19, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated December 30, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, this is to inform that the Trading window will remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Bank including their immediate relatives till January 21, 2017 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of YES Bank till January 21, 2017.
