With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 06, 2014 intimating the date of the Board meeting of the Bank for approving the quarterly results and Closure for Trading Window, Yes Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Trading window will be closed for the Directors and Auditors of the Bank from January 06, 2014 till January 17, 2014 and the Directors and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Bank till January 17, 2014.
