With reference to the earlier letter dated July 14, 2014, intimating the date of the Board meeting of the Bank for approving the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, pursuant to Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Bank from July 15, 2014 till July 25, 2014 and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of YES Bank till July 25, 2014.
