Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,93,775 (Two Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on February 11, 2016 under the JESOP III, JESOP V, PESOP I & PESOP II - 2010.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,94,28,360 consisting of 41,99,42,836 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,20,23,66,110 consisting of 42,02,36,611 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
