Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 25, 2015 to June 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 06, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, dividend for FY 2014-15, if any, declared by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the Members of the Bank during June 08, 2015 to June 12, 2015.
