Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 along with the consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, in continuation of our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated March 31, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, this is to inform that the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Bank including their immediate relatives till April 29, 2016 and hence, they are not permitted to deal in the shares of YES Bank till April 29, 2016.
