With reference to earlier announcement dated June 16, 2014 regarding Disclosure of Voting results of AGM (Clause 35A), Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE about the typographical errors in the Disclosure under Clause 31(d) and 35A of the Listing Agreement. The Bank has submitted to BSE Corrigendum with respect to Disclosure under Clause 31(d) and 35A of the Listing Agreement.
