Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has appointed M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited, (a SEBI Registered share transfer agent) having its address at C-13, Pannalal Silk Mills Compound, LBS Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai - 400 078 as the Companys Registrar and Share Transfer Agent effective from June 16, 2016.
