Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter & Financial Year ended on March 31,2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 for all Designated Persons of the Company from May 15, 2015 till May 29, 2015 being the second trading day after the announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). All Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
