Zee Media Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, in order to conserve the resources for future business requirements, the Board of Directors have decided not to recommend any dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Additionally at the meeting held on May 22, 2015 Board of Directors of the Company have approved appointment of Mr. Ashish Pandit as Executive Director & CEO of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015.
