| ZEN Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider, take on record and approve Audited Financial Results and Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and;<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of dividend if any, for the financial year 2015-16 on the Equity Shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, 1992 read with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 24, 2016 to June 01, 2016 for the following categories (including dependents & immediate relatives)<BR><BR>- Directors<BR>- Designated Employees<BR>- Auditors<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) and Insiders covered under the said Code of the Company have been intimated not to trade the Company's Shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
