| ZEN Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 and to fix record date for sub-division of each equity share of Rs. 10/- into 10 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each fully paid-up.<br/><br/>As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) and Insiders covered under the Code of the Company from November 01, 2014 to November 09, 2014 in connection with the above scheduled meeting.<br/><br/>Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) and Insiders covered under the said Code of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
