Decided, not to delist its equity shares traded on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).<BR><BR>2. Decided to shift the registered office of the Company within the same city to 5th Floor, Industry House, 159 Churchgate Reclamation, Mumbai - 400 020, with immediate effect.
