Zenith Computers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2013, has noted that as per the latest audited financial statements for the period ended Sept 30, 2013, the Net Worth of the Company has been eroded. The Board of Directors advised the Company Secretary to obtain legal advice and opinion of Statutory Auditors as to whether a reference needs to be made to BIFR and if it needs to be made, further steps in accordance with the relevant legislations should be taken by him and informed to the Board.
