Zenith Computers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting and the Audit Committee Meeting could not be held on February 14, 2015 for want of quorum.<BR><BR>The said meeting of the Board of Directors and the meeting of the Audit Committee of the Company would now be held on February 28, 2015, inter alia, for considering the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Third Quarter and for the Nine Months period, both ended December 31, 2014.
