Zenlabs Ethica Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2017 to September 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2017.<BR><BR>The dividend on equity shares, if declared at the Meeting as recommended by the Board of Directors, will be credited / dispatched between September 30, 2017 and October 27, 2017.
