Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held July 22, 2014 approved Grant of 1,79,000 Options at an Exercise Price of Rs. 430 per Option to the Employees of the Company.<br/><br/>The vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance of the Employees. Each Option upon vesting entitles employees to apply for One Equity Share of the Company.
