To cancel ungranted 2,00,000 Stock Options in 2002 Employees Stock Option Plan (2002 ESOP).<BR><BR>2. To Increase 2,00,000 number of Performance Award Units in Zensar Technologies Limited - Employee Performance Award Unit Plan 2016 (EPAP 2016)
