Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. The Audited and consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2015 and;<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, to the Shareholders for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from April 20, 2015 up to April 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Prevention of Insider Trading Code of the Company.
