ZF Steering Gear India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and also to consider recommendation of dividend for that year.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited as adopted by the Board of Directors, the Trading Window is closed with immediate effect till May 08, 2015 in view of the Board Meeting to be held on May 07, 2015 to consider inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015 and also to recommend dividend for the year.
