| Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (Paise Fifty only) (i.e. 5%) on 2,01,99,829 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, for the year ended March 31 2016. The Dividend, if declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 29, 2016, will be paid / dispatched on October 20, 2016. | |
