| Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider inter-alia the following:<BR><BR>1. Approval of standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 for approval of shareholders,<BR><BR>3. Deciding and approving other matters related to and arising out of the above.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives and connected persons with immediate effect upto 48 hours after the announcement of such Audited Financial Results. | |
