Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) has been adopted by the Company on March 25, 2015 (to be effective from May 15, 2015). <BR><BR>The Board has also adopted a Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders on March 25, 2015 (to be effective from May 15, 2015) as mandated by SEBI \ Stock Exchanges.
