With reference to the earlier letter dated March 01, 2016 regarding the trading window would stand closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the purpose of proposed rights issue, till further intimation.<BR><BR>Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on May 13, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window still stands closed until further intimation is provided.
