As per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule made there under, the Company is pleased to provide its Shareholder facility to exercise their right to vote at the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 28, 2017 by electronic means.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The e-voting period commences on Monday, 25th September, 2017 at 10.00 A.M. and ends on Wednesday, 27th September, 2017 at 5.00 p.m. The Company has fixed September 21, 2017 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the 49th Annual General Meeting by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under. Consequently, the same cut-off date of September 21, 2017 would record entitlement of Shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the 49th Annual general meeting of the company to be held on September 28, 2017.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Company has availed e-Voting services from Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).&lt;BR&gt;
