C1 Financial files registration statement for IPO of common stock

C1 Financial, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., A Stifel Company, and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.
