Oswal Chemicals lists shares in ‘B’ group securities

Oswal Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd on Friday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'B' group securities.

“Effective from August 21, 2015, the equity shares of Oswal Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities,” said Oswal Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 21, 2015.
