A.K. Spintex lists shares in ‘DT’ group securities

A.K. Spintex Ltd, engages in man made fabric processing activities, on Friday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'DT' group securities.

“Effective from August 28, 2015, the equity shares of A.K. Spintex Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'DT' Group Securities,” said A.K. Spintex Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 28, 2015.

The company was originally incorporated as Pvt Ltd company in the name of A.K. Processors Pvt Ltd on October 6, 1994 having object of processing of man made fabrics. Later to expand the area of operation and to fulfill its capital requirement it was converted as Public Ltd company on January 6, 1995. In eighties the company decided to start fabric processing business and the name of the company was changed to A.K. Spintex Ltd on February 24, 1995.
