GTV Engineering lists shares in ‘XT’ group securities

GTV Engineering Ltd on Friday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'XT' group securities.

“Effective from November 27, 2015, the equity shares of GTV Engineering Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of ‘XT’ Group Securities,” said GTV Engineering Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on November 27, 2015.

Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading flat at Rs 12.50 apiece on BSE at 12:35 hours.
