AAR Commercial Company lists shares in ‘XT’ group securities

AAR Commercial Company Ltd on Friday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'XT' group securities. “Effective from February 05, 2016, the equity shares of AAR Commercial Company Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'XT' Group Securities,” said AAR Commercial Company Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on February 05, 2016. The company is engaged in the business of trading and investment in shares and trading in fabrics and general merchandise. Its source of income is from commercial activities on business done and held by it with other parties and the capital appreciation of investments. It manages funds across the entire risk-return continuum. These include equity funds, and others. It’s activities comprises primarily of investing in long term investments in equity shares, listed and unlisted, and equity related securities of companies in a wide range of industries. |
