Thinksoft Global listed with marginal premium on NSE

Thinksoft Global Services, Information Technology (IT) solutions provider, yesterday has hit the Capital market with a marginal gain of 0.8 per cent over its issue price of Rs 125 on the National Stock Exchange.

The scrip opened at Rs 126 a share as against the issue price of Rs 125 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). While in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the scrip opened at Rs 100.

The company has raised more than Rs 45.57 crore through the initial public issue of 36.46 lakh equities at the upper end of the price band. Within seconds of opening on NSE, more than 9,76,661 shares of the company changed hands.

The company intends to utilise the IPO proceeds to fund its expansion plans.
