Krishna Ventures Limited - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by the designated persons, read with Rule 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2-18, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from October 01, 2024 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial results to the public for quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company''s Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024. The date of the Board Meeting of the company for review and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
