We hereby inform you that a Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, December 16, 2022, wherein matter related to declaration of Interim dividend shall be discussed. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, December 08, 2022 in compliance with Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider of the Company and shall remain closed till Tuesday, December 20, 2022 (both days inclusive). All the Designated persons and their immediate relatives are informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's securities during the closure of trading window.
