AJR Infra And Tolling Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Diversification / Disinvestment

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19th September, 2024 had approved the transfer of beneficial intrest in 2,64,07,160 equity shares of Rs.10/- each constituting 26% of Indira Container Terminal Private Limited held by Gammon India Limited to M/s. Bothra Shipping Services Private Limited for a consideration of Rs.15.00 Crores.
