APTECH LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that, with a view to increase operational and financial efficiencies, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2014, has decided to merge Maya Entertainment Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary company, with Avalon Aviation Academy Private Limited another wholly owned subsidiary company, subject to necessary regulatory approvals and such further steps as may be required in the matter for completion.
