To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results/Accounts of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To review the operations of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain close from February 03, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
