This is to inform you that Members Register and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed for 2 days from 19th to 20th Sep., 2024 to determine the shareholders who are entitled to attend the 34th AGM scheduled to be held on 25th Sep., 2024 at 11.00 AM through VC/OAVM. Kindly also note that cutoff date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to vote electronically will be 18th Sep., 2024.
